For some, water is just so plain. Some individuals don’t like plain water, and they end up drinking flavoured mineral water, as it comes in a variety of delicious flavours.
For those that suffer from bloating, the carbonation in mineral water makes it a less desirable choice.
Infused water is an option for those that cannot drink flavoured mineral water and don’t like the taste of plain water.
A good rule of thumb is to infuse your fruits/herbs for 1-2 hours at room temperature or in the fridge for 3-4 hours to achieve a potent flavour, but you can infuse them overnight in the fridge for up to 12 hours!
