Tatiana McNeill - Registered Dietitian London Ontario provides services to individuals of all ages. Tatiana is passionate about food and healthy eating and provides individuals with self-directed tools to make healthy decisions for sustainable lifestyle changes.

Tatiana has been providing in-depth nutritional assessment, ongoing monitoring and reassessment, as well as behaviour modification counselling to children ages 0-17 and their parents as referred by Pediatricians from Springbank Pediatric services, South London Pediatrics, Allergy and Asthma Clinic, Thames Valley Children’s Centre, Child and Parent Resource Institute, and Children’s Aid Society, Thompson Medical Clinic, as well as other independent Pediatricians and Doctors in London Ontario.

She provides clients and their families with information on nutrition, food, and making healthy choices to improve their health or manage a medical condition, by taking complex medical and nutrition research and translating it into everyday food choices.

In this journey, Tatiana offers tools for healthy eating, such as portion control, reading labels, sample meal plans, shopping tips, and healthy recipes that lead to a healthier lifestyle.

Tatiana obtained her Honours Bachelor of Science with a Specialization in Foods and Nutritional Sciences from the University of Western Ontario in December of 2010. She is a member of the College of Dietitians of Ontario, Dietitians of Canada, and Canadian Obesity Network.
