    Initial Client Consult: $100 (45 mins -60 min)
    Follow-up Client: $65 (30 mins)
    Group of 2 individuals Initial Consult Counseling: $160 (60 mins)
    Group Counseling Follow-up: $90 (30 mins)
    Personalized Diets & Meal Plans:$100 (45 mins)
    Grocery Store Tours: $85 (45 mins)
    Label Reading / Restaurant Menu Selections –Please contact for rate

    Contract Menu Reviews for:

    Payment in full is due up front at the first session. Acceptable payment methods include:

    All services are HST-exempt (i.e. you do not have to pay tax to see a Registered Dietitian).

    Individual insurance receipts can be provided if required for benefit reimbursement purposes.

    Check your health benefits plan or health care spending account. You may be covered for Registered Dietitian services in London, Ontario or Canada wide.

    Insurance / Benefits

    Registered Dietitians at Nutrition by Tatiana are licensed under the College of Dietitians of Ontario. Please note that dietitian services are not covered by provincial health plans at this time.

    Some extended health insurance plans provide partial or full coverage for dietitian services .The coverage for each insurance company is different; please check your plan to see what coverage is available for this type of service (i.e. dietitian coverage per session or per year).

    We do not direct bill to insurance companies but will provide you with a detailed receipt you can submit that includes the dietitian’s license number, description of service, date of counselling session, and the consulting fee breakdown per visit.

    If your plan does not cover the services of a Registered Dietitian, save your receipt. In the province of Ontario, Registered Dietitians are classified as an “Authorized Medical Practitioner”. Based on your income level, you may qualify for a non-refundable tax credit from the government when you file your taxes.
