These include not being active, eating a lot of dairy products, antacid medication, eating disorders, not consuming enough fiber, not consuming enough water, etc.

Gastroparesis (gastric emptying) is a condition in which your stomach cannot empty itself and the food remains in the stomach for an abnormally long time. People with gastroparesis have chronic nausea vomiting, abdominal pain, a feeling of fullness, lack of appetite and other symptoms.
