Roasted Mini Potatoes
1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
2. Place washed mini potatoes in an oven proof dish.
3. Drizzle avocado oil and your favourite spices. I’ve used garlic, paprika, oregano, black pepper, basil. Toss to coat.
4. Bake for 30 min turning halfway.
