1/4 cup – 1/2 cup old fashion oats

3/4 cup plain Greek yogurt 

1-2 tbsp chia seeds

1 tbsp raw pumpkin seeds

Optional: 1/2 cup – 1 cup berries

Optional: 1 tsp pure vanilla extract and dash of cinnamon


Mix all ingredients well into a bowl.

Place overnight in the fridge, or consume immediately.

Note: Old fashioned oats work best because they don't get mushy like quick cook oats, and aren't too chewy like steel cut oats.
