Meal prepping is absolutely necessary if you:
1. Enjoy eating healthy.
2. Enjoy saving money.
3. Want to save time spent in the kitchen.
4. Live a busy life.
Meal prepping is a great way to make sure that you have a whole bunch of healthy meals on hand.
Prepared meals are great to have in school, at work, or when you need a quick lunch or dinner, but you don’t have the time to prepare a meal.
Meal-prepping saves you money because it eliminates the last minute need to order take-out or fast food.
In my photos, you’ll notice a bowl of marinated chicken breasts that I’ve kept overnight in the fridge, to allow the marinade to tenderize the chicken, and to add flavour.
I then grilled the chicken, and used it to make Chicken Burrito Bowls that I can freeze to have on busy days.
